Grads Duped By NY Law School's Employment Stats Push On

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 7:32 PM EST) -- Former students at New York Law School who have accused their alma mater of advertising with deceptive graduate employment and salary figures want their case heard in the state's highest court, arguing that lower courts have not allowed them to gather school records to support their case.

Following a dismissal of their initial state class action suit and an intermediate appellate affirmation, attorneys for nine former law students filed a motion Tuesday with the New York State Court of Appeals asking for a review.
