Iraq Signs Off On $15B In Pipeline Deals

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 2:15 PM EST) -- The Iraqi government greenlighted a pair of pipeline projects worth about $15 billion — one will provide a key link between Iran and Europe, while the other will bolster Iraq's crude oil export business, according to a Tuesday statement.
