Obama Expected To Tap McCarthy For EPA, Moniz For DOE

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 8:24 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has reportedly selected federal air regulator Gina McCarthy to run the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and nuclear physicist Ernest Moniz to head the U.S. Department of Energy, with official nominations expected as soon as this week.
