Bankruptcy Pros See Business Looking Up In 2013, Weil Says

Law360, Wilmington (February 20, 2013, 8:34 PM EST) -- Restructuring professionals are generally optimistic that business will improve in 2013, with the retail sector again expected to top the list of industries in distress and the outlook for $1 billion-plus mega-bankruptcy filings remaining in line with last year’s results, according to a survey released Wednesday by Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.
