He is chairman of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association and co-chairman of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section’s Corporate Counseling Committee. He is co-lead counsel representing several clients involved in confidential antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and other global agencies, including matters in the financial and transportation industries.
