Gersten Savage Founder Bilked Partners, Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 5:16 PM EST) -- Two former Gersten Savage LLP partners sued the defunct law firm and its erstwhile founder Jay M. Kaplowitz in New York state court Wednesday, claiming Kaplowitz misappropriated firm assets and denied equity partnership and compensation promised to partners.
