AB InBev, DOJ In Talks To Settle $20B Merger Challenge

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 6:39 PM EST) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev NV, Grupo Modelo SAB de CV and Constellation Brands Inc. are in talks with the U.S. Department of Justice in a bid to settle the antitrust watchdog's challenge to InBev’s proposed $20.1 billion Modelo buy, the companies said Wednesday.
