US Wants Voice In Supreme Court Generic-Drug Showdown

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. solicitor general asked the Supreme Court on Wednesday to allow him to participate in oral arguments in an appeal of a First Circuit decision that held design defect claims against a generic-drug maker are not preempted by federal law.
