Fla. Rep. Withdraws Bill Allowing Drilling In State Forest

Law360, Miami (February 21, 2013, 3:29 PM EST) -- A Florida state representative on Wednesday withdrew a bill that would have allowed private companies to explore possible oil and gas deposits in the Blackwater River State Forest in the panhandle after an online movement gathered more than 2,000 signatures opposing the bill.
