High Court Asked To Hear Ethanol-Gas Blend Challenge

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 3:08 PM EST) -- A coalition of food and petroleum trade groups on Thursday petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to review their recently rejected bid to overturn the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of a controversial new gasoline blend that contains up to 15 percent ethanol.
