USTR Tells DC Circ. Classified Doc Must Be Kept Secret

Law360, Washington (February 21, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Trade Representative's Office pushed the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to block the release of an oft-sought classified document from failed trade negotiations, claiming the courts aren't qualified to second guess why the document has been kept under wraps.
