Fla. Sens. Want Customers Repaid When Nuke Plants Stall

Law360, Miami (February 21, 2013, 6:17 PM EST) -- Four Florida state senators on Thursday announced a bill that would place curbs on the Nuclear Cost Recovery Act by forcing utilities to refund money billed to their customers for the building of nuclear power plants if construction isn't completed.
