35 States Ready For Medicaid Enrollment Changes Under ACA

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 6:40 PM EST) -- Thirty-five states are on track to implement an Affordable Care Act-mandated streamlining of eligibility and enrollment procedures for state health care subsidy programs and health insurance exchanges by the 2014 deadline, according to a study released Thursday.
