Auditor Questions Some Kirkland & Ellis Fees

Law360, New York (December 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The fee auditor in the Chapter 11 case of auto supplier Dura Automotive Systems has largely approved of the fees and expenses requested by Kirkland & Ellis LLP, tinkering with several thousand dollars out of a total request of about $3.2 million.
