Hospital Group Asks CMS To Clarify Medicaid Enrollment Rule

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 9:26 PM EST) -- The American Hospital Association on Thursday urged the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to revise a proposed rule on determining eligibility for Medicaid and insurance exchange subsidies, praising the intent of the rule but saying it needed to be made clearer.
