Pa. Lawmakers Preparing To Impeach Convicted Justice

Law360, Philadelphia (February 25, 2013, 6:28 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of state lawmakers signaled their intent Monday to move forward with impeachment proceedings against suspended Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin after her conviction on corruption charges.

The minority leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Rep.
