Justices Tell Fed. Circ. To Revisit IP Malpractice Venue Ruling

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 8:21 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Federal Circuit to review an earlier ruling that it had jurisdiction over a legal malpractice case against Wood Herron & Evans LLP involving patents, in light of the high court's recent decision that nearly all such cases belong in state court.
