AEP Will Refuel Or Retire 3 Coal-Fired Power Plants

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 3:13 PM EST) -- American Electric Power Corp. has agreed to refuel or retire three coal-fired power plants in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio by 2015 and pay an additional $8.5 million as part of a revision of a 2007 settlement of a Clean Air Act suit, government officials and environmental groups said Monday.
