US Wants Claims Pared From $2.6B Ky. Bridge Challenge

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 6:57 PM EST) -- The Federal Highway Administration has asked a Kentucky judge to toss a coalition's claims under two federal acts challenging a $2.6 billion bridge project to Indiana, arguing the project's environmental review and tolling plans are in line with the laws, according to a Monday filing.
