Areva Can’t Shake Ban From $10B Czech Nuke Project

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 6:59 PM EST) -- Czech regulators on Monday affirmed a decision by CEZ AS, the country's main electric utility, to exclude French industrial conglomerate Areva SA from bidding for a contract to work on CEZ's $10 billion nuclear plant expansion after determining that the Czech firm did not break local procurement law.
