Device Industry Vows To 'Double Down' On Tax Repeal

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 5:52 PM EST) -- The medical device industry's leading trade group on Tuesday said it would "double down" its efforts to repeal a $29 billion excise tax, even as it pushes lawmakers to save user fees from the sequester and fix a budget quirk that has blocked the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from fully accessing the fees.
