Argentine Judge Revives Exxon Mobil Tax Case

Law360, New York (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge in Argentina has breathed new life into a judicial probe of Exxon Mobil Corp.'s Argentine unit for alleged tax evasion, which may delay the sale of the subsidiary, a financial daily in the country reported.

The news service, El Cronista, said that Judge Federico Faggionato Marquez will revive the case this month by calling in customs officials.
