Toshiba Claims Shoddy Science Used In Laptop Fire Suit

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 2:17 PM EST) -- Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. argued Wednesday that a suit over a massive fire that destroyed an Oklahoma man’s home should be tossed because the insurer plaintiff’s key witness used shoddy science in finding a Toshiba laptop at fault for the blaze.
