GOP Energy Bill Would Expand Drilling, Target EPA

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 7:02 PM EST) -- An energy bill introduced by two prominent Republican lawmakers on Wednesday would open up the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to drilling, fast-track the Keystone XL pipeline project and prevent the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from regulating carbon dioxide under the Clean Air Act, among other provisions.
