Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 4:29 PM EST) -- Federal regulators on Monday shined a bright light on Barclays PLC's previously confidential defense in a $470 million battle over alleged energy market manipulation, releasing documents showing how the financial giant resisted a potentially far-reaching subpoena.
