Court Upholds Army's Permit In Fla. Pollution Suit

Law360 (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has ruled that the the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers did not exceed its authority under the Clean Water Act when it issued a permit authorizing all landowners engaged in suburban development in the Florida panhandle to discharge dredged material into federal waters.
