Ex-Dewey Partner Says Citibank Covered Up Firm's Finances

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 6:36 PM EST) -- A former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP attorney fired back Tuesday at Citibank NA’s effort to collect payments on a loan used to fund his capital contribution to the now-defunct firm, saying the bank lured partners into borrowing loans by hiding Dewey’s true financial state.
