Latham & Watkins Must Turn Over IP Theft Docs, Judge Told

Law360, Philadelphia (February 27, 2013, 2:19 PM EST) -- A support services consultant asked a Pennsylvania judge Friday to force Latham & Watkins LLP to hand over documents as the company prepares to file a complaint accusing the firm of violating a nondisclosure agreement by sharing its proprietary and confidential information with competitors.
