Senate Confirms Jack Lew As Treasury Secretary

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 7:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate on Wednesday confirmed Jacob “Jack” Lew as the next Treasury secretary, placing President Barack Obama’s former chief of staff and former director of the office of management and budget as the head of the department just before deep federal spending cuts are set to take effect.
