Research Firm To Pay For Seroquel Discovery Request

Law360, New York (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has ordered a marketing research firm to pick up the tab for producing documents for discovery in the multidistrict product liability litigation over Seroquel.

Magistrate Judge David Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida said in an order Thursday that Harris Interactive Inc., a vendor that provided marketing research to AstraZeneca, will pay the retrieval and review expenses of the plaintiff's discovery request, including attorneys' fees, involved with providing the information.
