Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 4:14 PM EST) -- Environmental group WildEarth Guardians sued the U.S. Interior Department in Colorado federal court Wednesday, alleging it illegally approved mining plans for seven coal mines in four Western states without seeking public comment or addressing the environmental or economic impacts of coal mining.
