Marvell Denied Docs In Bid To Slash $1.2B IP Damages

Law360, Philadelphia (February 28, 2013, 3:31 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday denied Marvell Technology Group Ltd.'s motion to compel documents it believes would settle the issue of laches, as part of its effort to slash almost $1.2 billion awarded in damages to Carnegie Mellon University in a patent infringement dispute.
