Ace's $200M Plant Explosion Subrogation Suit Shut Down

Law360, Chicago (February 28, 2013, 7:43 PM EST) -- A Connecticut federal judge on Thursday closed a subrogation suit brought by Ace American Insurance Co. and other insurers over $200 million in losses stemming from a deadly power plant explosion, after granting Siemens AG and Spectra Energy Inc.'s motions to dismiss the day before.
