Texas Chief Justice Urges Lawmakers To Modernize Courts

Law360, Dallas (March 6, 2013, 9:00 PM EST) -- Courts across Texas must change the way they do business to lower costs and delays to litigants, state Supreme Court Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson said Wednesday in a State of the Judiciary address he said should be considered a “call to arms” to the Legislature.
