IRS Unveils Details Of ACA Health Insurance Tax

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 6:45 PM EST) -- The Internal Revenue Service on Friday released the details of its proposed annual tax on the health insurance industry, as mandated by the Affordable Care Act, a move designed to eventually rake in more than $15 billion per year.
