Zimmer, Marketing Co. Win New Trial In Knee Injury Case

Law360, Philadelphia (March 4, 2013, 4:02 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court granted a new trial Friday to medical device maker Zimmer Inc. and marketing firm Public Communications Inc. over a $27.6 million judgment awarded to a patient who allegedly reinjured her surgically repaired knee while filming a marketing video.
