Ind. Asks High Court To Allow Law Blocking Abortion Funding

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 2:00 PM EST) -- Indiana has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision blocking the implementation of a state law withholding Medicaid funds from organizations that perform abortions, saying it had been within its rights under the Medicaid Act to create the law.
