EPA Won't Appeal Va. Stormwater Regulation Ruling

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 1:18 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Monday that it is not appealing a January federal court ruling rejecting its bid to regulate stormwater in a Potomac River tributary as if it were a pollutant under the Clean Water Act, further cementing a victory for Virginia state and local agencies.
