Budget Bill Includes Fix For FDA's Medical Device User Fees

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 5:39 PM EST) -- A House budget bill would solve a legislative quirk preventing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from spending the increased user fees it has been collecting from the medical device industry since October, a fix that has been a priority for the industry as it seeks to speed FDA reviews of its products.
