House GOP Bill Targets ACA's Contraception Mandate

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 5:39 PM EST) -- A trio of House Republicans on Tuesday unveiled a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act’s mandate that most large employers include contraception coverage in their health insurance plans, once again adding legislative voices to an ongoing legal battle over the controversial requirement.
