Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 5:59 PM EST) -- The Philadelphia workers’ compensation firm formerly known as Martin Banks LLC changed its name Tuesday after a partner who claims the firm has been depriving him of casework lost his bid to stop the firm from removing his name.
