Insurer Denies Defense Duty In Mine Safety Gear Suits

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 2:43 PM EST) -- North River Insurance Co. urged a Pennsylvania federal court on Tuesday to declare it has no duty to defend Mine Safety Appliances Co. in multiple bodily injury lawsuits related to MSA’s protective gear, saying its policy clearly excludes such coverage.
