Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 9:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is considering a proposal to impose new tracking requirements on the production of all foods, not just high-risk ones — a mandate attorneys say companies are likely to accept as long as the agency does not dictate how they trace their products.
