Judge In Okla. ACA Debate Denies Texas Co.'s Bid To Wade In

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 8:05 PM EST) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Monday rejected a motion by a Texas-based restaurant chain to intervene in the state of Oklahoma's challenge to Affordable Care Act health insurance subsidies, saying the case should be resolved soon.
