Free Drug Samples May Limit Costs In Antitrust Suits

Law360, New York (December 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- On Nov. 15, 2007, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia approved the settlement of a pair of class action lawsuits brought against drugmakers Warner Chilcott and Barr Pharmaceuticals, alleging that these Defendants had participated in an unlawful conspiracy to restrain trade.
