UN Strengthens North Korea Sanctions After Nuclear Test

Security Council voted Thursday to tighten restrictions on North Korean trade and banking activity, a move that follows the country's recent nuclear weapon test and is intended to ratchet up the costs of continuing to pursue a nuclear program.
