Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 3:29 PM EST) -- Two advocacy groups want the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to nix Xcel Energy Inc.'s planned $445 million, 345-kilovolt transmission line that's part of a joint initiative by utilities to increase electrical capacity across the upper Midwest, claiming it will hurt the electrical grid's stability, the regulator said Thursday.
