German Court Tosses Nokia Patent Suits Against HTC

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 7:21 PM EST) -- HTC Corp. on Friday said that a German court has thrown out two infringement lawsuits brought by Nokia Corp. against the Taiwanese manufacturer over two patents covering smartphone technology, including Nokia's purported "flagship" patent.
