DOT Beats Enviro Challenge To Seattle Light Rail Project

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 2:21 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Washington state on Thursday shot down a pair of citizen groups' challenge to a light rail project in Seattle and nearby suburbs, ruling that the U.S. Department of Transportation properly considered alternatives to the plan during the environmental review process.
