Sanofi Facing DOJ Investigation Over Plavix Disclosures

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 6:10 PM EST) -- Federal officials are investigating French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi SA over its disclosures to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration about patient responses to the blood-thinning drug Plavix, the company revealed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.
